How should I start a request?
Send a message! I discuss every request before starting. No matter if you know or don’t know how you want the picture to look like, I will propose options and drafts before payment. This applies to both requests done in or out of VGen.
What’s the difference between paying in VGen and outside of VGen (paypal)?
VGen is an art commission platform that acts like a middleman. It offers extra protection for both vendor and buyer (eg. refunding automatically if I cannot reach the deadline) for a small fee that I assume.
– If you contact me through e-mail/discord, you can choose to do the transaction through Paypal or VGen.
– If you contact me through VGen, I am technically allowed to do the transaction out of VGen and using it the platform only for communication, but I would be more comfortable that if you contacted me through VGen, we did the transaction on VGen.
– I am not allowed to split payments to avoid higher fees.
– I am not allowed to split payments to pay a small quantity on Vgen be able to display the commission and pay the larger quantity outside of the platform to avoid higher fees.
How should I credit you?
