  • I will NOT accept requests about real-life people or celebrities (unless it’s you or people that have your consent; unless its a gift)

DEADLINES

May take 1-2 months to complete a full illustration. If the references/ideas you provide are clear and you are responsive communication-wise, I may be done with it way earlier. The established time frame includes revisions.

Making use of revisions is highly encouraged as it is a great source of feedback for me. This may inlcude eg. mood of the image, design mistakes, adjusting the spatial position of any element, or correcting the face. Overall anything that looks off to you. Major adjusting that would require re-doing from 0 and would interfere with the surrounding elements, eg. rotating an entire character, is only allowed in earlier stages.

PAYMENTS

100% full upfront payment through VGen (powered by paypal), Paypal or Ko-fi (if the process is done outside of VGen).

No refunds unless I am not able to complete or deliver the work by a 2 month deadline since the payment was made (or the deadline we agreed on).

  • Commercial license represents a fixed 200% of the price.
  • Priority/rush fees represent an extra +15% of the price.
  • I do not charge for revisions.
  • I do not charge for NDA contracts.

USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

I generally avoid posting commission work on socials or as portfolio samples. If I wanted to, I’d ask you for consent. In any case, I will not sell or distribute the work myself.

FILE FORMAT

  • Standard ratios:
    – 16:9 or 16:7 for horizontal illustrations.
    – 16:9 or 4:3 for vertical illustrations.
  • I work within these ratios upscaled by x3, x4 or x5 (eg. 1920x1080px results in 9600x5400px when upscaled by x5).
  • I give a copy of the illustration in each size in PNG format, delivered through a MEGA link (cloud storage service) or through VGen.
  • Color profile: I work within Adobe RGB 1998, but the files delivered are converted into SRGB for web displaying with no color loss.
  • Layers: 1 layer only. I do not give the photoshop/clip studio file.
