Main difference between these blog entries and the «3D modelling» page at the sidebar is, that I might share thoughts in here and upload every small project I create, while that space is reserved for portfolio works.
For now, I only need to stop slacking off.

I failed to create a cube first try.
I retire, goodbye.

I feel like choosing to study 3D/animation to make a profession out of it is a good idea despite dedicating so much time to 2D illustration. Main reason being, it’s very hard for me to agree between a client’s vision and my own vision. I am very very cautious with my taste and I have strong disagreements with common stylistic choices and common themes, so in a sense, I am unable, or I am just unwilling to draw what other people want, in the way they want.
One reason why I don’t post my commissions in here is because how inferior they feel in quality compared to my personal work, or how different they just are. I don’t know how to fix this. It doesn’t matter for the time being since I don’t plan on making a living from 2D, I really detest doing client work or commissions because it goes against my very own nature, so it’s better for me to keep it personal/ a hobby.
As a medium, 3D is more much objective and there is far less room for discussion or subjectivity.
